Bundles are sized to your caseload from there: pick the roles on your team, staff their agents, and get one predictable number your budget office can plan on. Credits cover the work the agents do: notices generated, calls answered, drafts prepared. Overage is never automatic.

We earn revenue only when an end client chooses to use them: a transparent fee when a person chooses the online option, stated plainly, never hidden. And because those fees involve the public, the rules are in writing:
- Every fee is flat and shown before a person pays, never a percentage surprise
- Choosing the counter or the mail never costs a fee
- Fee schedules are published per agency before go-live
- No line item in your budget, ever; our revenue exists only when the solution is actually used
Shelfware earns a vendor its license fee either way. A partner earns nothing until the work is real.
No commitments to the model market
Your agency never signs a volume agreement with an AI provider and never depends on a lab’s free government program staying free. The subscription absorbs the model market: as models improve and prices fall, your agents get better without a renegotiation.
