Privacy
This page covers the ecourt.ai website: what we collect, why, and what we never do with it, in plain words.

What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website at ecourt.ai. It does not cover the eCourt AI operating system: data an agency processes there is governed by that agency’s agreement with us and by the agency’s own policies, records rules, and jurisdiction.
What we collect
What you send us. Demo, readiness, and Academy requests include your name, agency, role, work email, and the workflow you describe. We use them to reply and to prepare for the conversation you asked for, and for nothing else.
What our servers see. Standard technical logs: IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use them for security and reliability.
The assistant on this site drafts your request in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you approve it.
What we never do
We run no advertising trackers and set no advertising cookies.
We never sell personal information.
We never use anything you submit through this site to train AI models.
Retention and your choices
We keep request submissions as long as needed to respond and follow up. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email info@ecourt.ai. A person replies within one business day.
Security issues
If you find a security issue on this site, email info@ecourt.ai with “Security” in the subject line. We read those first.
